We created an effective Instagram strategy for Jams having a combination of engaging content, consistent branding, audience interaction, and strategic use of hashtags and promotions.

  1. Capture drool-worthy photos of your dishes, visually appealing drinks, and behind-the-scenes footage of your kitchen and staff. Utilize natural lighting, and consider using a professional food photographer for the some shots giving best results.
  2. Ensure that your Jams Instagram profile is cohesive with your overall brand identity. Stick to a consistent theme, color scheme, and tone in your posts to create a recognizable brand aesthetic.
  3. Encourage our patrons and fans to share photos of their dining experience at your restaurant. Reposted user-generated content (with permission) to showcase real customer experiences and promote a sense of community. You can create a branded hashtag for customers to use when posting about your restaurant.
  4. Write engaging captions that tell a story, provide context, or share interesting facts about your dishes or ingredients. Use captions to highlight promotions, specials, and events.
  5. Utilized Instagram Stories to share real-time updates, daily specials, and behind-the-scenes moments. Used interactive features like polls, question stickers, and countdown timers to engage with our audience and gather feedback. Highlight positive customer reviews or testimonials in our Stories.
  6. Use relevant hashtags to increase the visibility of your posts. Include a mix of popular food-related hashtags (e.g., #foodie, #foodporn, #instafood), NYC based hashtags (e.g., #NYCeats, #NYCFood), and custom hashtags specific to our restaurant #JamsDining
